Student information

Access to the event will depend on your degree/year

  • 9am – 12pm: In the morning, the event will be exclusively for upper-year and graduating Desautels students (BCom U2+, MBA, MMA, MMF, MMR) no exceptions.
  • 12pm – 1pm: We’ll break for lunch (venue will be closed during this period)
  • 1pm – 4pm: Afternoon is open to current McGill students of all levels (including BCom U0/U1), from any McGill Faculty

What to expect?

  • Career fair style (booths with simple set-up); you are free to network with the companies that you’re interested in
  • Dress: business casual
  • Bring your McGill student ID card for on-site registration (you must be a current McGill student, or a recent McGill Desautels alum)
  • Leave your resume at home; this will be a paperless event!

How should you prepare?

  • Polish up your resume so that you can apply to opportunities before/during/after the event
  • Create/update your LinkedIn profile beforehand so that you can easily manage your business connections you’ll be making at this event
  • Leverage this website to filter companies of interest (by your Degree level, opportunities, company hiring locations, etc.)
